I was super hungry and wanted to have something delicious yet not very heavy at same time. After dropping my friend Darshit at the station we arrived at vikrant circle (Ghatkopar east, Mumbai). I was pretty confused to make a choice from a host of places to eat. That’s when Yash suggested me that the sandwiches at PURE MILK CENTER. I immediately called up Chirag(my brother) to come to the same place. I went through the huge card like stuffs hanging from the ceiling which displayed some of their popular items. PANEER PASTA GRILLED SANDWICH caught my attention, only to learn that I was too late to order a sandwich. Only dosa were available which I decided to give a miss.
The moment I stepped out of that place my nostrils were filled with the aroma of Pav bhaji that came from an adjoining restaurant by the name SAI KRUPA. I rushed in and asked what was available. The waiter replied,”sab kuch milega Saab”. That felt very assuring. By that time Chirag arrived as well. We went inside to get ourselves a table. There are tables set outside too. I ordered a masala pav. The aroma was making me hungrier. So we sat in a cramped table, not very comfortable but at that time food was the priority. Meanwhile Yash was trying to make a high score in temple run on Chintan’s tablet.
In no time my delicious MASALA PAV arrived. The quantity was quite good. A full sized dinner plate completely filled with the masala mounted on top of 2 soft pavs. It could have been a meal in itself, judge the quantity now. The taste was perfect in every sense. The masalas mixed in the right quantity, not to forget the chef made it with pleasure(as mentioned at the back of the menu card :P) Piping hot & delicious, and for just Rs. 50/- it was totally worth it. The menu had many other items but those I’ll try some other time. The Masala pav at sai krupa made my midnight.
