Usha Aunty's Chilly Garlic Chunky Noodles

I am one of those lucky people who have friends who’s moms are amazing cooks. My friend Ami’s mom Usha aunty is one of the best cooks I know in my circle. From pav bhaji to palak paneer to pasta she can make them all and all so delicious at the same time. She was kind enough to share with us one of her delicious quick fix recipe.
The name of this recipe is MEA or Chilly Garlic Chunky Noodles.
Ingredients: (assume your own proportion)
1. Moong sprouts(a.k.a green grams or golden grams)
2. Onion chopped(but not very fine)
3. Potatoes chopped(not very fine)
4. Garlic chutney
5. Chilly powder
6. Soya sauce
7. Tomato ketchup
8. Olive oil
9. Noodles / Spaghetti
In a vessel take the moong sprouts. Add water, salt and turmeric powder and bring the water to boil. Make sure that the sprouts are semi crunchy. Drain the water and keep the sprouts aside for later use.
Boil noodles / spaghetti in a vessel. Add some olive oil while boiling. After you drain out the water add some olive oil again and toss the spaghetti so that they don’t stick.
In oil saute onion and garlic chutney. Now add potato, moong sprouts, salt, red chilly powder and saute.
Now add noodles / spaghetti, soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix well and serve hot.
