Chatpata Tawa Dhokla


Dhokla – 1 cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Tomatoes – 3 (grated)
Capsicum – 1/2 cup(Chopped)
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Pav bhaji masala – 2 tsp
Roasted sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Cream – 1tbsp
Coriander – 2 tbsp .
salt to taste

In a pan add butter. Then add asafoetida, ginger garlic paste, grated tomatoes, chopped capsicum and mix well. Let it boil. Then add salt to taste, turmeric, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, roasted sesame seeds, cream and coriander. Mix thoroughly. After that add 1 cup dhokla. Toss it properly.

Garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
