Fan Recipe – Frozen Banana Smoothie

Our dear reader Ami has shared with us her energy drink which she prefers to start her day with a full throttle. The frozen banana smoothie is not only a health drink but also a very tasty one. With the goodness of yogurt, milk, bananas and a touch of honey this smoothie can totally give your day an energetic start.

1/2 cup yogurt (any flavour)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup banana chunks (frozen)
2 tbsp honey


1. Blend the milk and the yogurt
2. Add chunks of banana a few at a time and blend again
3. Now add honey.
4. Blend until very thick and creamy
5. pour into glasses and enjoy

Tip: You can alter the quantity of honey based on your desired taste. You could also try it with chocolate syrup instead of honey. That would be a nice taste as well.
