Hara bhara cheese dosa


For the batter:
1 cup green gram
2 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp chopped ginger
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)

For the stuffing:
1 tbsp oil
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped paneer
1/2 cup chopped carrot
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp pizza sauce
2 tbsp grated cheese

For the batter:
Soak the green gram for 5 hrs and later crush it in a mixer. Add ginger, chillies, asafoetida and salt. Crush it till a fine paste. Add water. Adjust consistency. Do not keep the batter too thick or thin.


For the stuffing, add oil, onion, capsicum carrot, paneer. Cook for 5 to 10 mins till the vegetables are soft. Then add salt, pepper and chaat masala.

Now make dosas on a non stick pan,apply pizza sauce all over the dosa, then top it with the stuffing in the center and then finally add grated cheese. Now fold the dosa. Cut it diagonally. Serve with coconut and tomato chutney.
