Go Green Smoothie

My taste buds have proven time and again that smoothie is the best and most delicious way to get fruits and vegetables into one compact and very tasty drink. 
Moreover the rising temperatures tends to reduce our hunger pangs and spike our thirst. While we see a gradual rise in our liquid appetite wouldn’t it be great if health is taken care of too.

So my health junkie smoothie fans, I bring you’ll another quick and easy smoothie recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh spinach
3/4 cup frozen green grapes
1/2 cup brewed green tea, cooled
1 medium ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 sprig fresh mint leaves
1/2 apple, cored and chopped

Method:

Add the spinach, grapes, tea, kiwi, mint and apples to the bowl of a blender. Blend until smooth, adding water if needed to get the desired consistency. Drink with a straw.
