Recipe – Schezwan Corn Bhel


1 bowl boiled american corn
1/2 med sized chopped capsicum
1 med sized chopped onion
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
4 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1/2 cup fried noodles


In a pan, add oil, garlic paste, ginger chilli paste and onion. Now cook for a while. Then add capsicum and saute for a while. Add boiled corn, salt, pepper, schezwan sauce, soya sauce. Mix it thoroughly. Then add spring onions and coriander. Then add fried noodles.Garnish it with spring onion.

Serve with fried noodles and schezwan sauce.
