Corn Week Recipe No. 8: Mumma's Corn Sev

Mumma’s Corn Sev is one of our favourite quick fix weekdays snack and a lot of times Sunday dinner. It’s super quick and very easy.
 
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled corn
1 boiled potato, chopped
1 tspn chilly ginger paste
1 tspn cumin seeds
1 tspn oil
Sev
Salt to taste
Lime juice to taste
Coriander for garnishing
Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and wait till they start crackling. 
2. Add corn, potato, chilly garlic paste, lime and salt. 
3. Give a quick stir and remove from heat.
4. Put the mixture in a serving bowl. Layer this with sev. Sprinkle coriander on top and serve hot.
Tips: 
1. If pomegranate is available add that too, it will give a slight sweet crunchy twist to the dish.
2. You can also experiment with different flavours of sev.
