In my experience adding crunchy vegetables to the soft maggi noodles always creates a pleasant experience. At the same time if the original taste of the masala noodles is maintained then there’s nothing like it. This soft and crunchy blend is exactly what my recipe for Stir Fried Maggi aims to achieve. Read on to find out more.
|Maggi with Stir Fried Veggies|
1 Packet Maggi Masala Noodles
1 Cup Vegetables (Chopped/Cut long)
1 tsp Ching’s Schezwan Chutney
2 tbsp Olive Oil
In a non-stick pan heat the olive oil. Once it’s sufficiently hot add the vegetables and saute them till they slightly soften. Make sure the vegetables don’t loose the crunch. Turn off the heat and put the vegetables aside.
Now prepare the Maggi Noodles like you usually do. Once the noodles are ready, turn off the heat and then add the stir fried vegetables. Toss the noodles and the vegetables ensuring they mix well.
