http://mobilbahis365.co/tag/superbahis-mobil-para-yatirma/ Everyone of us wants to be healthy but we think that healthy food cannot be tasty. This myth just got busted. Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi in association with Dr. Mickey Mehta is all set to restore your body to it’s natural wellness with a Food for God’s festival with 6 tastes of Ayurveda. The festival is scheduled to go on till the 17th of July.
Dr. Mickey Mehta shares his views on this food for God’s festival, “I want people to come and get vitalized, naturalized and mickeymized. Guests will get to learn the true meaning of healing thy self with the 6 taste of Ayurveda that has been specially handpicked by me. We have green tea with honey, mint leaves and lemon, soups like tomato, cauliflower and asparagus; all this without any additives or unnatural ingredients. There are also desserts like date halwa, moong dal halwa, carrot halwa, doodhi ka halwa; all of which is absolutely nourishing.”
One can revitalize their mornings with a selection of refreshing juices like the Ganga Jamuna Saraswati followed by Upma and Poha cooked with crunchy carrots, broccoli and peanuts or a bowl of cereal topped with cinnamon, nutmeg and honey. Your lunch will no longer be lazy but energizing with a special menu featuring a wide variety of nutrient and mineral rich soups like Tomato Tulsi Soup, salads like the Feta Tossed Salad and sandwiches made with exotic grilled vegetables. Load up on dinner with a thali or a buffet featuring 11 nourishing food items cooked in cold pressed coconut oil, olive or sesame oil.
What’s really note worthy about the food at this festival is that the recipe and the method of preparation remains the same. As told to us by Executive Chef Ashvini Kumar, the food has been made more nutritional by replacing certain ingredients in every dish with healthier options. For instance; using cow milk yogurt for the panna cotta, using honey or jaggery for sweetness instead of sugar and the use of cow ghee. All of these combined with farm fresh ingredients made the grub at ‘Heal-Thy Self Food Festival’ such a healthy delightful fair. So essentially your taste remains pretty much similar to your regular fair, we like that!
Here are some of the dishes that we would like to recommend;
1. Soups – Tomato & Carrot, Lauki & Veg Clear Soup and the Tomato Tulsi Soup
2. Salads – Tossed Salad with Feta & Olive and Fattoush are highly recommended
3. Mix Vegetable Subji with Jawari Roti
4. Dal Khichdi
5. Gajjar Ka Halwa
6. Cow Milk Panna Cotta
While the world is advocating healthy eating, lets face it, health food isn’t going to be relished unless it really tastes good as well. And why shouldn’t it, otherwise what would be the difference between food for nourishment and medicine, right? ‘Heal-Thy Self Food Festival’ with all its specially crafted menu won us over in health and taste. We recommend you give it a try as well.
